Don't stop believing

Have you ever wanted to give up? If your answer to this question is yes, then I have a word of encouragement for you.
The prophet Jeremiah came to a place when preaching and doing God’s will no longer was easy for him and he considered giving up.
A lot of us today can identify with Jeremiah. Life is a struggle and there are times when many of us have considered giving up, but I encourage you not to stop now. You must hold on.
Life is a lot harder than people think, but you can’t sit around waiting for things to happen or just drop in your lap.
There comes a time when, if you want some things to happen, you have to make it happen.
Jeremiah thought that because God was with him, the people shouldn’t make fun of him. Because they did, he felt like giving up.
He became tired, just like a lot of us have become tired with this life’s struggle. But I say to you, don’t give up.
Men and women everywhere experience hurricanes, tornadoes, disasters, unemployment and a multitude of difficult decisions that must be made every day.
But we can’t stop believing, trusting and hoping that with the help of God, tomorrow will be a better day. So no matter who you are or what your problem may be, you’ve come this far and you can’t stop now.
Keep believing, and with the Lord’s help, you’re going to make it — just don’t stop.
Have you ever noticed that when things are good, people are with you; but when things start to go bad, they leave? Dig deep down within yourself and know that “you can do all things with Christ who strengthens you” (Philippians 4:13).
To our 2011 graduates and everyone reading this article, don’t stop. You can’t stop. Say to yourself, “I won’t stop!”
