Mr. and Mrs. John Szeker of Richmond Hill, Ga., are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann Szeker to Mantis Lee Pineiro, also of Richmond Hill.

Melissa and Mantis are both graduates of Richmond Hill High School and also graduates of Armstrong Atlantic State University. Melissa earned her associates degree in dental hygiene while Mantis earned his bachelor degree in psychology.

Melissa is currently employed as a dental hygienist at Smile Innovations, at the office of Drs. Copenhaver and Trout. Mantis will soon be attending school to become an officer in the United States Air Force and a navigator in the Air National Guard.

They are planning a Jan. 2008 wedding at the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum.
