Jacob, Hart plan to marry in August

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Jacob of Gulf Breeze, Fla., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Ashley Jacob to Mr. Andrew John Hart. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Martha James and the late Mr. Watson E. James of Atlanta; and of Mr. and Mrs. Paul B. Jacob, Jr. of Starkville, Miss.

Andrew is the son of Lt. Col. and Mrs. Steven M. Hart of Richmond Hill, Ga. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John A. MacNab of Melbourne, Fla.; and Mrs. Eleanor Hart and the late Mr. John R. Hart, Sr. of Melbourne, Fla.

Megan graduated from Pope High School in Marietta, Georgia and from Georgia Southern University. She was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority.

Andrew graduated from Richmond Hill High School in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and from Georgia Southern University. He is employed by Genesis Designer Homes in Savannah, Ga. as a realtor.

The wedding will take place on Aug. 25, 2007 in Atlanta, Ga. The couple will reside in Savannah.

Deborah and Glynn Lovett of Swainsboro would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kaci Lyn Lovett, to James Christopher Carter of Swainsboro. James is the son of David and Lisa Walker of Stillmore, Ga., and Curtis and Gloria Carter of Ellabell.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob Lovett, Linda Wilkerson and George Archer, all of Swainsboro.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late W.H. Carter and Joy Winter and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Williamson.
The wedding will take place Saturday, Nov. 13, at 4:30 p.m. at the home of the bride’s sister, Heather Peebles, in Swainsboro.
No local invitations sent. Family and friends are invited to attend.
The couple will reside in Swainsboro.
