Bryan County Drug Free Coalition Director Bill Collins recently presented awards to a number of people who have been instrumental in the program's success. Collins made the presentations during the Bryan County Board of Education meeting on Aug. 26 at Bryan County High School. Also honored but not pictured were Deborah Hamm and Shayrae Lonon.
