The Bryan County Public Libraries at Pembroke and Richmond Hill will be closed today and Jan. 1 for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Additionally, the Richmond Hill Public Library will close at 6 p.m. and Dec. 31 instead of 7 p.m.

Open during holidays
The Richmond Hill Swim Club will be open during much of the Bryan County School Christmas break.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily for open swimming, and the cost is $5 per person. The pool is heated to 86 degrees. Coolers and food are permitted, as are floats and toys.
The club will be closed today, Thursday and Dec. 31-Jan. 1.

Called meeting
The Bryan County Board of Commissioners, Richmond Hill City Council and Bryan County Development Authority will hold a special called meeting at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 8 at the Richmond Hill City Center.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the lessons learned from bringing Caesarstone to Bryan County.
