“This year is all about skirts – whether you like to wear them short or long, fitted or flared, plain or patterned” said Carol Batastini, owner of Stella Rose Clothing & More Boutique at 11254 Ford Ave. in Richmond Hill. “Complete the look  with a simple cotton top or cropped sweater worn with a long, handkerchief bottom T-shirt.
Of course, skirts and the beginning of spring time in Coastal Georgia mean exposing your legs and feet to the world. Catherine Garrido, known as Cat to her clients, is the owner of the Milan Day Spa at Villages on the Hill, 3766 Hwy. 17 in Richmond Hill. She recommends a signature pedicure to buff off dry and dead skin, push back cuticles and show off a flattering shade of nail polish.
“The spring 2011 nail polish color trends are pastels, metallic grays and sleek nudes,” Garrido said. “Instead of going sheer with your nail polish, this year’s pastels are rich and creamy shades of smooth purples, bright blues and peachy pinks. But what should the ladies who love to wear pants do this spring?
