Friends of Animals of the Coastal Empire will have its 18th annual Auction Bark-Out at the O-Kat Corral to benefit animal welfare groups on Aug. 27. The night of fun, drinks, food stations and auction items to support this community initiative will be from 7 to 11 p.m. at Savannah Station, 601 Cohen St., Savannah. It costs $45 per person.
