Unity in the Community teamed up with Plantation Apartments to throw a back-to-school celebration for young people of the community Saturday.
There were games and a bouncy house for the kids along with food and drink, according to creator and founder of Unity in the Community Craig Butts.  
There was also a talent show sponsored by IM Entertainment, Butts said, and parents were able to register to vote.
“Parents, children, management, the Pregnancy Care Center, IM Entertainment, and Unity in the Community partnered and collaborated to give out school supplies and have a fun end to the summer,” Butts said.
