Andrew M. Gerstner of Richmond Hill was one of 311 students who qualified for Honor Student status at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College during Honors Day ceremonies on April 13.
Students receiving this recognition have completed a minimum of 15 semester hours at ABAC with a cumulative grade point average between 3.2 and 3.74 on a 4.0 scale.

Phi Kapp Phi
Rachel Conner of Richmond Hill was recently initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi Chapter as a junior at Georgia Southern University, where she is studying history.
Membership in Phi Kappa Phi is by invitation and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors, with at least 72 semester hours, are eligible.
