Bryan County Board of Education Chairman Eddie Warren addressed the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill on Aug. 1 during the club's weekly meeting at the Richmond Hill City Center.
Warren, along with vice chairman Joe Pecenka, gave an update on the school system's budget, as well as its new schools, student performance and more.
