Isaac Taylor and Tradd Stephens, both seniors at Richmond Hill High School, were named the Junior Rotarians of the month for November on Thursday at the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill’s weekly meeting.
Both Taylor and Stephens have received congressional nominations from 1st District Congressman Jack Kingston to attend U.S. service academies. Taylor hopes to attend the United States Military Academy in West Point N.Y., and Stephens hopes to attend Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y.
