Damage assessment teams now out sweeping Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield

The installation stay-behind public works and emergency services personnel are now beginning damage assessment from Irma across Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, according to a release by the Public Affairs Office.

Evacuated personnel should continue to stay at their safe havens; the all-clear has not been issued by the senior commander.
