Real estate agent now licensed broker

RICHMOND HILL — Century 21 Ways Station announced recently that Jolonda T. Greene received her Georgia real estate associate broker’s license.  
Greene completed training and licensing requirements through the Georgia Association of Realtors in Atlanta. She will specialize in area property sales.
 “We believe that training supports growth and professional excellence in the real-estate industry,” Century 21 Ways Station broker/owner Allen Brown said. “Performance-based training is necessary to assure that Century 21 real-estate professionals offer the best service possible to their clients.”
Greene has been honored for her contributions to her company. She has also attended training and education seminars taught by financial and real-estate experts. Greene is a certified fine homes and estates specialist, an accredited buyer’s representative and a graduate of the graduate realtor institute.
